Mad writers... hungry writers... We are fending them off with Enchiladas tonight. They work in the mornings, play in the afternoons and we feast in the evenings.
One of the perks of this business are the good parties with great people I regularly get to enjoy... and without having to go farther then my own home. Thank God I have help though!
I confess! I didn't make any of this.
I know Mother, you don't like Mexican food. I bet you would give this a try if you were here though. Well at least the Jimador.

Three of the guests in this 'Writer's Workshop' i've got at the house now (which has been wonderful for me too in many ways!) happen to be vegans. So for them and to make things easier on our staff, we've been developing an interesting Mexican-Vegan fusion for these evening meals.
Enchiladas filled with a potato-chile blend, chile rellenos also filled with a similar potato based Mexican spiced filling... really delicious!!
Then a wonderful penne salad with the Mexican ping of some chiles in there... similar to a Putanesca that has capers for that ping. Always with very rich veges salads. They are all happy.
